What is the difference between the Patent Center of the Intellectual Property Office and the Patent Examination Cooperation Center?

Intellectual Property Office: The former Patent Office, referred to as China National Intellectual Property Administration for short, is a department specially established in the State Council to examine patents.

Patent Center: Few people call it that, generally referring to China National Intellectual Property Administration.

Patent Examination Cooperation Center: refers to the department in charge of examination business in China National Intellectual Property Administration, which belongs to the State Information Bureau. There are also departments responsible for charging, searching and auditing.
