The method for adjusting the length of the strap on the automatic winding machine is as follows:
1. Vibration plate adjustment: The vibration plate adjuster has on-off keys, function keys, up and down adjustment keys, and vibration plate vibration force. The size (belt transmission speed) is adjusted by the up and down keys. The higher the voltage number on the up key is, the faster the voltage is, and the smaller the number on the down key is for slower speed. The voltage display number is uncertain and related to the connected voltage. There are two vibration plate frequencies: H50 and H100. Choose H50, and the opening delay and closing delay are 0. Under normal circumstances, adjust the up and down keys, and other buttons have been adjusted before leaving the factory. When working, the voltage should be adjusted as low as possible while the belt can keep up. If the voltage is adjusted too high, a collision sound will occur.
2. Adjust the tightness of the binding thread: the slower the tangent speed is, the tighter it is, (the smaller the data is, the slower) the higher the number of tangent steps is, the tighter it is. The tightness of the tie should be adjusted to the best condition. For example, when tying 24P lines, casing lines, and network pipe lines, the tangent speed is selected from 3 to 6, and the maximum cannot exceed 15. The number of tangent steps is adjusted to the best state according to the line size adjustment data. The cutting point of the strap should be exactly level with the head of the strap. If the strap dents inward or the tail of the strap is too long, adjust method a (there is a small square on the panel, open the adjusting screw and adjust it outward).
3. Adjust the tail of the tying wire: For example, leave 2 teeth on the tying wire, and adjust the data to about 100. The more teeth there are, the bigger the data is.
4. Data adjustment: After clicking on the data with your finger, the adjustment surface will pop up the digital screen, as shown in the figure below. Enter the required data and then press the ENT key to confirm.
