How to handle Swiss patents?

Swiss patent: registered at the national level, and the scope of patent protection includes Switzerland and Liechtenstein. National registration can be submitted to the Swiss Federal Intellectual Property Office (IGE) in any language. If the application is not in the following three languages (German, French or Italian), the registration application must be submitted in any of the three languages within the specified time.
