Electric vehicle (BEV) refers to a vehicle that is powered by on-board power supply and driven by motor and meets the requirements of road traffic and safety regulations. Because it has less impact on the environment than traditional cars, its prospect is widely optimistic, but the current technology is not mature. Working principle: battery-current-power regulator-motor-power transmission system-driving on the road.
At present, the research and development of electric vehicles in China has made remarkable progress. Thousands of patents have been formed and various prototypes of electric vehicles have been developed. Among them, plug-in and hybrid electric vehicles of BYD, Chery, Chang 'an and other enterprises have the conditions for listing and sales. ? The three key technologies initially have the ability to support the development of electric vehicles? The key to the development of electric vehicles lies in whether China enterprises can master the core technologies. There are three key core technologies of electric vehicles: one is power battery, the other is motor, and the third is control system. Among them, the power battery is the most critical, and its performance index and economic cost determine the commercialization process of electric vehicles. The main performance of R&D power battery products ranks at the international advanced level, and the battery industry has a solid foundation, but there are some weak links to be solved. Significant progress has been made in the research and development of key technologies, key materials and products of power batteries in China, and the overall level is comparable to that of Japan, the United States, Germany and other international advanced levels. Energy density and power density of two types and series of Ni-MH and Li-ion power batteries developed by BYD, Li Shen and Tian Lei (energy density and power density refer to energy and power per unit weight, the former determines the cruising range and weight of electric vehicles, and the latter determines the power of vehicles). Important progress has also been made in key materials such as electrocatalyst, composite membrane and bipolar plate.
In China, low-speed electric vehicles have not been explicitly banned by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other competent departments. However, due to the usual use of lead-acid batteries (low industry threshold, low starting point, and large environmental pollution, it is easy to make the blood lead of nearby residents exceed the standard), which is not a new energy lithium battery, and the endurance of low-speed electric vehicles is limited (usually 50 ~ 80 km at a time). Therefore, it does not meet the requirements of technical indicators such as "popular distribution" in the Technical Specification for Pure Electric Passenger Cars of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, nor does it belong to the main strategic orientation of pure electric vehicle industry transformation in the National Development Plan for Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicle Industry (20 12 ~ 2020).
