Returned overseas students shall come to and continue to work in this city within 2 years after returning to China, sign labor or employment contracts with relevant employers in this city according to law, and pay social insurance premiums and personal income tax in this city according to regulations (except those meeting the conditions in the first paragraph of Article 4 below).
2.
