Do papers have anything to do with patents?

1. The patent right belongs to the applicant. Whoever applies, the patent right will go to him.

2. In this case, if the patent is authorized, the author can go to the Patent Reexamination Board to declare the patent invalid, because the patent is not novel. Novelty means that before the patent application date, the invention or utility model has not been published in domestic and foreign publications, used and known by the public, and no one else has filed a patent application.
