Second, the second interview arrangement
The second interview is scheduled for March 18. Candidates must prepare the equipment and materials in advance according to the requirements of the re-examination regulations, and wait for the exam before 8:00 am on the day of the re-examination.
Third, the second interview platform and environmental requirements
The re-examination form adopts network remote re-examination, the re-examination platform adopts Tencent conference, and the standby platform adopts WeLink system. 65438+ 0-2 days before the second interview, the college will inform the candidates to conduct the test as required to ensure the normal conduct of the second interview. Candidates are requested to participate in the re-examination in accordance with the Rules of fujian institute of research on the structure (Haixi Research Institute) Postgraduate Enrollment 2022 Remote Re-examination Examination Room (see the homepage of the Institute-Postgraduate Education-Enrollment-Download Area) and related requirements. Required equipment and environmental requirements:
1. Software: Download and install Tencent Conference in advance, and download WeLink for later use.
2. Hardware: 1 laptop or desktop, camera, microphone and earphone, spare mobile phone or laptop.
3. The network signal is good enough to meet the requirements of the second interview. It is recommended to use wired network connection.
4. Independent re-examination room, bright, quiet and not backlit.
5. Candidates who have difficulty in preparing the equipment and environment required for the above-mentioned remote re-examination should contact the teacher of the Education Department of our college in advance to explain the situation.
Four, submit the qualification materials
Candidates are requested to submit the following materials for qualification examination before the morning of March 17 10:00 after receiving the re-examination notice (all documents are edited into a PDF file in the following order, and the file is named "candidate's name-re-examination materials"). Just skip the materials that can't be provided, don't disturb the original order, and remember to upload the attachment to 28 1068853@qq.com before sending it. Those who fail to submit it in time will be deemed to have given up the qualification for this re-examination:
1. scanned ID card (front and back on the same A4 paper);
2. Freshmen submit scanned student ID cards; Non-freshmen submit scanned copies of graduation certificates and degree certificates;
3. Scanned undergraduate transcripts (stamped with the red or blue official seal of the educational administration department or archives unit). If the school is temporarily unable to provide the business of stamping, first submit the online transcripts or other forms that can reflect the overall performance, and then submit the original stamped transcripts as required;
4. Resume and readme of postgraduate candidates (see the home page of the college-postgraduate education-enrollment-download area), which should include bareheaded photos and my handwritten signature;
5. A certificate of achievement or a scanned copy of the certificate reflecting the English level of the candidate;
6 candidates in open academic journals or national academic conferences published academic papers, patents, scientific research achievements and other original work results of the scanning materials;
7. Candidates' various award-winning certificates and other scanned materials with reference value;
8. If the above materials are incomplete, you need to write a "personal statement" in the following format: I * * *, stating that the above materials cannot be stamped due to the epidemic situation (or other reasons), and I will fill them up in time later. If I can't make it up in time within the time required by the college, I will bear the consequences of not being able to enter school. The signature is my handwritten signature and date.
