Basic standard conditions for the evaluation of the professional title of senior engineer (deputy senior):
1. Systematically master the basic theoretical knowledge and professional technical knowledge of the profession, and have the ability to track the cutting-edge level of scientific and technological development in the profession; Proficient in using the technical standards and procedures of this profession to achieve important results in related fields.
2. Have been engaged in this profession for a long time, have outstanding performance, be able to independently host and construct major engineering projects, be able to solve complex engineering problems, and have achieved high economic and social benefits.
3. After obtaining the title of engineer, performance and results are required to meet one of the following conditions.
(1). The new products, new materials, new equipment, new processes, etc. that have been presided over or undertaken the research and development have been put into production, and the comparable technical and economic indicators are at a relatively high level in the country.
(2) As the main inventor, obtain an invention patent with high economic and social benefits.
(3) The technical reports of the key projects participated in have been evaluated by peer experts as having a high technical level, with in-depth technical demonstrations, and complete and accurate research, design, and test data.
(4). The published research results in this field are recognized by experts in the same field.
(5) As the main editor, participate in the preparation of industry technical standards or technical specifications at the provincial and ministerial level or above.
4. Play an important role in guiding and cultivating young and middle-aged academic and technical backbones, and be able to guide the work and study of engineers or graduate students.
5. Possess a doctoral degree and have been engaged in technical work for at least 2 years after obtaining the title of engineer; or have a master's degree, or a second bachelor's degree, or a bachelor's degree, and after obtaining the title of engineer, Engaged in technical work for more than 5 years. Graduates of technical colleges should apply in accordance with relevant national regulations.
6. Those who do not meet the academic qualifications and years of experience requirements stipulated in the preceding paragraph, have outstanding performance, and make important contributions can be recommended by two senior engineers in this major or similar majors to apply for exceptions.
