As the project leader, he has passed 11 scientific research achievement appraisals at the ministry and provincial levels, including: low-voltage thin film electroluminescent screens, precision linear thermistors manufactured by sputtering, etc. As the first inventor, he holds seven Chinese patents. Scientific research achievements: Research on vacuum coating technology and film properties of architectural glass and curtain wall glass manufacturing technology won the National Education Commission and Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards respectively. The scientific research result of ITO transparent conductive glass completed in 1994 has reached the international level in the 1990s, and has been promoted and built in three large-scale production lines in China.
