1. Surface cleaning and polishing. Remove the floating sand, oil stains and dirt on the surface of the bearing pad, then use an angle grinder to remove the 1-2mm thick surface layer. After polishing, use compressed air to blow away the floating dust. Finally, wipe the surface with cotton cloth and keep it dry for later use.
2. With glue. Weigh the two components A and B of the glue according to the specified glue ratio, take an appropriate amount of glue, put the A component into a clean dry container, then add the B component in proportion, and stir evenly in the clean container with a putty knife ( When stirring, it is best to stir in the same direction to avoid mixing in air and forming bubbles) until the color is completely uniform. The glue weight ratio of glue is A:B=2:1. The amount of glue dispensed each time should not be too large. Due to the fast curing time, the amount of glue dispensed each time should be used up within the operable time to avoid waste.
3. Repair and leveling. Apply the mixed glue to the depressed areas on the surface of the bearing padding. Use a putty knife to scrape the configured HM-Q2Z bearing padding special structural adhesive to repair and fill it up, minimizing the height difference, and use the instrument to carry out the repair. When measuring, the top surfaces of the bearing pads on the same pier or abutment should be in the horizontal plane at the same elevation.
4. Solidification. The glue must be cured (the curing time depends on the temperature of the site, generally not less than 24 hours at 25°C) before the construction process of placing or adjusting the supports and stainless steel plates can be carried out.
