Patent drafting is a very professional matter, such as the description part:
The first line of the first page of the description should state the name of the invention, which should be consistent with the name in the request. The names are consistent and centered on the left and right. The invention name shall not be preceded by the words "invention name" or "name". There should be a blank line between the title of the invention and the text of the description.
The format of the description should include the following parts, and the title should be written in front of each part:
Technical field
Background technology
Summary of the Invention
Description of the Drawings
Detailed Embodiments
If the description does not include drawings, the text part of the description shall not include the description of the drawings and their corresponding titles.
The text part of the instructions can contain chemical formulas, mathematical formulas or tables, but illustrations are not allowed.
If the text part of the instruction manual contains a description of the drawings, the instruction manual shall have accompanying drawings. If the description has drawings, the text part of the description shall be accompanied by a description of the drawings.
For details, you can study the authorized patent documents. Hope it helps.
