Is Pioneer 1111 genetically modified

I won't talk about whether there is any harm in genetic modification here, rather than controversy and abuse. Just to mention a few facts that can be easily verified:

1. Pioneer 1111 was detected by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China as containing a genetically modified promoter, but the Ministry of Agriculture said that the detection of a genetically modified promoter by Xianyu did not mean that it was a genetically modified crop. Note: The Minister of Agriculture (Deputy Minister) is the consultant of Monsanto, a genetically modified giant.

2. Another technical expert, Gu Xiulin, Gu Huai's daughter, once denounced Pioneer 1111 at the hearing on the issue of genetic modification, and no one from Monsanto and DuPont Pioneer looked at each other and refuted it. Details can be found in Gu Xiulin's real-name blog.

3. I can't avoid being reviled by some people who claim to be suspected of genetically modified because they are illiterate and all kinds of ... (dirty words and forbidden words). I can only be anonymous in this answer.
