2. Instructions for submitting manuscripts
Manuscripts must be typed or transcribed on checkered paper (preferably laser-printed) in duplicate; the manuscript must be written in the third person; the handwriting must be clear and punctuated. Symbols are correct, and the text complies with the "Master List of Simplified Characters"; foreign letters must be written clearly, and letters that are easy to mix must be annotated with a pencil; the upper and lower subscript positions must be clearly marked; illustrations must be drawn according to engineering drawing standards, and the illustrations must be concise, clear, and illustrative problem, removing unnecessary excess. The size is generally twice as large as the published figure. Use three lines of space to draw a frame and leave it blank in the text. Mark the figure number (with Arabic numerals) and title under the figure frame; the figure caption is placed above the figure title. The units used in this article are the national legal measurement units GB3100-93), the symbols of physical quantities should comply with GB3101-93, and the usage of numbers should comply with GB/T15835-1995. Generally, submissions should be limited to 5,000 words. For papers on projects funded by various funds, please indicate the project name and number.
