3. The boxes in columns ② and ④ of this form are for the person filling in the form to choose from. If there is any situation described after the box, it should be marked in the box.
4. The "serial number" is located at the bottom of the address bar of the notice issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration.
5. The applicant for a patent for invention may, within 3 months from the date of filing the request for substantive examination and receiving the notice that the application for a patent for invention in China National Intellectual Property Administration has entered the substantive examination stage, take the initiative to propose amendments to the application for a patent for invention. An applicant for a patent for utility model or design may, within 2 months from the date of application, put forward amendments to the application for a patent for utility model or design.
Six, the fourth column of this form, the picture or photo of the application for a patent for design is modified, and the applicant makes corrections on the basis of the picture. At the same time, the applicant should fill in the name of the picture or the view of the photo in the "location in the file" column in column ③ of this form.
7. In the fifth column of this form, if a patent agency is entrusted, the patent agency shall affix its official seal. If a patent agency is not entrusted, if the applicant is an individual, it shall be signed or sealed by the applicant himself; If the applicant is a unit, it shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit; If there is more than one applicant, it shall be signed or sealed by the representative.
Eight, the application documents to modify the replacement format requirements:
Where a claim is amended, a corresponding claim substitution item shall be submitted, and the corresponding right shall be replaced when the reference relationship of the claim is involved. Where the applicant needs to delete part of the rights, it shall submit part of the claims that have been sorted out and numbered consecutively.
If the instruction is modified, the corresponding instruction shall be submitted to replace the segment, and the segment number shall not be added or deleted, and the modified segment can only be replaced by the whole segment. If you want to add content, you can only add it in a paragraph; If the whole paragraph needs to be deleted, the paragraph number should be kept, and the words "This paragraph has been deleted" should be marked after this paragraph number. The paragraph number shall be subject to the description paragraph number or release/authorization announcement returned by China National Intellectual Property Administration.
If the drawings in this specification are modified, the corresponding replacement drawings shall be submitted in units of drawings.
Where the abstract and drawings are modified, the corresponding abstract and drawings shall be submitted.
At the same time, the applicant shall indicate the rights, paragraph numbers, drawings and pages involved in the amendment in column ③ of the addendum.
