At present, our factory has designed a new type of hydraulic constant pressure dual-purpose ball pressing machine, which has won the national patent and is the first in China. This mechanism is mainly produced when the hydraulic system works normally. However, if the hydraulic system fails or the oil pump cannot be started in cold weather, the hydraulic system can be changed to constant pressure and continue to work under normal production conditions. After repair, it can continue to work in the hydraulic system (it must be changed to constant pressure for a long time in winter in extremely cold areas).
In addition, the circuit is equipped with an accumulator to ensure the system pressure and protect the circuit when the piston retreats. The hydraulic pump station adopts DBD series electric oil pump: the pump, tank pressure gauge and various application valves are self-contained; The main working principle of the pump is that the motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the hydraulic oil is sucked through the oil inlet valve, discharged through the oil discharge valve, and collected from the oil circuit system to enter the oil cylinder, providing stable thrust for the floating pressure roller. When the feed rate is too large, the central moments of the two pairs of rollers will increase, and the piston of the oil cylinder will move backward after receiving back pressure, which will increase the system pressure and the pressure oil will flow back to the accumulator to ensure the safety of operation.
