If the time for submitting amendments is in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 1 Paragraph 1 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law, and the contents of amendments do not exceed the provisions of Article 33 of the Patent Law. Then it is allowed to increase or decrease the necessary technical features.
If the time for submitting corrections is not in conformity with Article 5 1 Paragraph 1 of the Detailed Rules, the examiner who generally reduces the necessary technical features will not accept it. If it is supplementary, the examiner can accept the text according to the situation.
