Contract disputes and other property rights disputes between citizens, legal persons and other organizations who are equal subjects can be arbitrated.

(4) Financial, property insurance, securities, and futures trading disputes.
(5) Intellectual property contract disputes. Including copyright and trademark license contract disputes, patent licensing contract disputes, etc.
(6) Foreign-related economic contract disputes. Including foreign-related sales, entrusted sales, transportation, technology transfer, leasing, insurance, Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperation contract disputes and other contract disputes in foreign-related economic and trade.
(7) Maritime and maritime contract disputes. Including disputes over maritime cargo transportation, maritime passenger transportation, ship leasing, offshore tugboats, marine insurance contracts and other disputes.
(8) Civil contracts and other property rights disputes. Including private lending, personal partnership, company affairs contracts and other disputes, property infringement and other non-contract disputes.
The following disputes cannot be arbitrated:
(1) Disputes over marriage, adoption, guardianship, support and inheritance;
(2) Disputes that should be handled by administrative agencies according to law Administrative disputes.
Legal basis:
Article 2 of the "Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law" This Law shall apply to the following labor disputes between employers and workers within the territory of the People's Republic of China :
