How to write a patent agency entrustment contract

Patent agency entrustment contract is a kind of power of attorney. Paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law stipulates that if an applicant entrusts a patent agency to apply for a patent and handle other patent affairs with the patent administration department of the State Council, it shall also submit a power of attorney, indicating the authorization authority.

The writing of the patent agency entrustment contract shall include the following contents:

1. Identity information of Party A (principal) and Party A (principal). 2. Party A intends to apply for a patent for this project, and hereby entrusts Party B's patent agent as its agent to conclude this contract through negotiation between both parties. 3. According to the power of attorney of Party A, Party B's agency authority. 4. Agency time. 5. Agency fee. 6. Rights and obligations of both parties. 7. unfinished business.
