Intellectual property division is an intellectual property major of intermediate economists. Intellectual property division mainly tests whether candidates understand the theoretical principles of intellectual property rights, master professional working methods and technologies, understand relevant professional laws, norms (regulations), and have the ability to use the above knowledge to engage in professional practice of intellectual property rights, and create, use, protect, manage and serve intellectual property rights scientifically and reasonably.
The examination contents mainly include: intellectual property foundation, patent application, patent protection, patent application, trademark foundation, trademark use, trademark protection, copyright, geographical indications, trade secrets, layout design of integrated circuits, new plant varieties and genetic resources.
