Number of words in pct application abstract

The number of words in the pct application abstract shall not be less than 200 words. There is a word requirement for submitting PCT international applications, and its abstract is not less than 200 words. The acceptance bureau will determine the date of the international application. An international application shall have the effect of a formal national application in each designated country from the date of the international application. Except for the designated foreign countries that have made reservations about the relevant provisions of the Patent Cooperation Treaty and its implementing rules, the date of international application is the actual date of application in each designated country.
