Writing patent plagiarism

According to Article 5 of the Copyright Law of China, this Law does not apply to:

(1) Laws, regulations, resolutions, decisions and orders of state organs and other documents of a legislative, administrative and judicial nature and their official translations. ...

Patent application documents will be made public after examination by the State Patent Office, which means that patent application documents are administrative documents issued by administrative organs, so they are not protected by copyright law.

Therefore, if the contents of the patent are copied into papers and periodicals, there is no problem at all, because there is no copyright (commonly known as copyright) problem in the text content of the patent application document.
