Hefei engineers failed to pass the evaluation.

There are many reasons for the failure of the evaluation of engineers' professional titles, and four are briefly introduced:

First, the working years and education level are not enough.

Insufficient work experience and academic level are basic qualifications and hard requirements. If this aspect is not enough, there is basically no need to apply and it will not be passed.

(1) Mandatory requirements for assistant engineers: 4 years in technical secondary school, 2 years in junior college, undergraduate course 1 year.

(2) Mandatory requirements for intermediate engineers: 4 years for assistant engineers, 7 years for junior college students and 5 years for undergraduate students.

(3) Mandatory requirements for senior engineers: 5 years as an intermediate engineer with bachelor degree or above.

Second, the performance materials are not enough.

(1) has more than three performance requirements. It is recommended not to prepare only three, because all the applicants with you have provided five, which is easy to compare.

(2) Papers and patents are not needed by assistant engineers, but by middle and senior engineers, 1 intermediate, 3 advanced. Of course, the more the better.

Third, the quality of decoration materials is unqualified and irregular.

Most of the materials for the evaluation of engineers' titles are put in an information bag, but they are not bound in order and according to the requirements. If the basic materials are unqualified and irregular, it is easy to be eliminated directly.

Fourth, the policy reasons when evaluating professional titles

For example, a human resources and social security bureau stipulates that the title of senior engineer should be declared intermediate for more than 7 years. Another example: the requirements of the first degree and the second degree are different. Before preparing for the review, the applicant must read the review conditions clearly.

Note: The above conditions and requirements for the evaluation of engineer titles will vary from place to place, and the current policies of the Vocational Reform Office of the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall prevail.
