The core purpose of a forklift counterweight is to provide stability and balance to prevent the forklift from tipping when handling goods. Barite, whose main chemical component is BaSO4, is widely used in the production of counterweights due to its large specific gravity. Iron ore is also an important part as it has good density and strength. Cement, as a stabilizer, encapsulates and solidifies these materials, making them safer and more stable. After scientific proportioning and special processing of these materials, the compressive strength of the produced counterweight can reach 42mpa, and the specific gravity can reach 4,000 kilograms per cubic meter.
