Hydraulic oil pump action

When installing the hydraulic pump, it must be used correctly according to the following requirements. 1, the hydraulic pump can be equipped with bearings or flanges, and the pump and motor should be equipped with the same basic bearings. Flange and foundation should be strong enough to avoid vibration when the oil pump is running. For the oil pump with flow rate greater than (or equal to) 160L/min, it should be avoided to install on the oil tank due to the high power of the motor. 2. The installation methods of the transmission shaft of the pump and the output shaft of the motor are as follows: a. Bearing installation: The inspection method of the installation accuracy of the output shaft of the motor and the bearing is shown in Figures 7- 1 and 7-2.

B. Flange installation: In this installation form, if the motor and pump are connected by coupling, the installation accuracy inspection method is the same as Figure 7- 1 and 7-2. 3. The pump and motor drive shaft must be connected by elastic coupling. Because the pump transmission shaft cannot bear bending moment, it is forbidden to directly install pulley or gear-driven oil pump on the pump shaft. If a pulley or gear is needed, a bracket must be added to install the pulley or gear (as shown in Figure 8). The installation method of bracket and pump bracket is the same as that in (Figure 7- 1 and 7-2).

4. If the rotation direction is not specified when ordering, the rotation direction of the oil pump should be clockwise (viewed from the shaft end), as shown on the nameplate of the pump. 5. The installation of the oil pump should consider the convenience of maintenance, so that the variable shell can be easily disassembled, and the cylinder block and oil distribution plate in the pump can be easily taken out.

Correct installation methods and steps are an important way to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic press and improve the working efficiency of the machine. Therefore, we must pay enough attention to it.
