Excellent separation efficiency …
The nano-flow liquid chromatography system randomly provides high-efficiency nano-flow chromatographic columns for sample purification, concentration and separation. The instrument configuration can be one-dimensional separation, one-dimensional separation with sample purification and concentration or complete two-dimensional separation-any configuration is suitable for your sample analysis requirements.
If the analysis includes human plasma, serum or cerebrospinal fluid, Agilent's various affinity purification systems can be added to the protein omics solution. These patented chromatographic columns and buffers can remove 98-99% albumin, IgG, IgA, haptoglobin, transferrin and anti-insulin.
Liu Na protein omics solution embodies the most advanced liquid chromatography technology. When the flow rate is 100 Ni/mm to 1 μ l/mm, the unique electronic flow control (EFC) system provides active feedback, achieving unprecedented stability and reliability. The whole flow path design can maximize the separation efficiency and keep it unchanged.
Ultra-high sensitivity analysis ... ...
The core of the Nanoflow protein omics solution is Agilent's latest and most sensitive ion trap mass spectrometer, which is equipped with an improved second-generation nano-flow spray ion source. Mass spectrometer provides atomic sensitivity and perfectly combines scanning speed and resolution. Its special polypeptide scanning mode enhances the analysis of low abundance protein.
... and the accuracy of recognition.
The protein omics data analysis platform of SpectrumMill MS provided by us provides many options for protein identification, including MS and MS/MS database search, and de novo sequencing. Through intelligent spectrogram extraction and processing, Spectrum Mill MS workbench can speed up retrieval and reduce the number of false positive matches. Matching ranking based on information content rather than probability has nothing to do with the retrieved database, which makes cross-database comparison possible.
Removal of high abundance protein by immunoaffinity chromatography.
In biological samples, the common high-abundance protein often masks the low-abundance protein that is actually interested in analysis. Agilent's affinity purification systems can remove 98-99% of 6 from human plasma, serum or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) by using immunoaffinity liquid chromatography column and patented optimized buffer.
Protein (albumin, IgG, IgA, haptoglobin, transferrin and anti-insulin) is abundant, so there are almost no such interferents in the sample, which can be further studied by LC/MS or gel electrophoresis. The system is characterized in that:
high efficiency
Low nonspecific protein binding, thus minimizing the loss of important proteins.
Long column life (at least 200 injections under correct operating conditions)
Compatible with almost all HPLC systems.
High performance columns provide optimized separation.
Agilent provides analytical columns and enrichment columns specially designed for the application of Nanoflow protein omics solutions. These columns are very suitable for high sensitivity and Qualcomm separation of peptide digestion products.
Analytical column
Nanoflow protein omics solution (Nanoflow protein omics solution includes C 18 or C8 internal flow column with an inner diameter of 75pm and a length of 50 or 150mm, which fully embodies Agilent's famous ZORBAX StableBond (SB) technology. These reversed-phase HPLC columns are particularly stable and durable, and are ideal columns for polypeptide separation. Its features include:
Melting time of PEEK coated materials
Standard116 inch connector
Flexibility of direct connection to MS
Speed range: 100 nl/mm,1μ l/mm.
There are also similar columns with an inner diameter of 100μm for applications requiring high flow rates.
Concentration column
The Nanoflow protein omics solution also includes ZORBAX 300SBCl8 and C8 enrichment column (0.3x5mm). These columns can be used for concentration and desalination of low concentration polypeptide mixtures. There are also ion exchange chromatographic columns, which can form a complete two-dimensional LC separation system.
