Fried rice with vegetables, sausages and eggs

Composition:

2 greens, 2 eggs, 1 sausage, and a bowl of white rice.

Steps:

1. Slice sausage, mash 2 eggs and chop vegetables.

2. Stir-fry eggs with hot oil in the pot, then stir-fry sausages, pour in vegetables, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of oyster sauce and half a spoonful of sugar and stir-fry for one minute.

3. Don't stir-fry the rice, just cover the pot and stew for 2 minutes. And sausages are cooked (rice won't stick to the dish)

4. Finally, stir fry over a big fire. Let the rice and vegetables stir well and eat! Simple and delicious!
