Who will pay the lawyer's fee if the civil lawsuit wins?

If the civil lawsuit wins, the parties still need to bear it. Generally speaking, whoever asks a lawyer pays, because this is an entrustment contract, the client and the lawyer are both parties to the contract, and only two people are bound. However, in some cases, if the parties to the contract have an agreement on the subject matter of attorney fees, or in some intellectual property cases such as trademark rights and patent rights, if the plaintiff asks the defendant to bear the attorney fees arising from the investigation and stop the infringement in the complaint, the court may decide that the attorney fees shall be borne by the losing party.

Who will pay the legal fees?

If the case is successful, the legal fees shall be borne by the losing party, but the plaintiff has paid the legal fees in advance when suing. Unless there is a special agreement on legal fees, it is normal for anyone to hire a lawyer to bear the legal fees. You have to pay the legal fees in advance before you can sue, and the legal fees will be borne by yourself. If the other party loses the case, the legal fees will be given to you.

When a party conducts a civil lawsuit, it shall pay the case acceptance fee in accordance with the regulations. In addition to paying the case acceptance fee, property cases also pay other litigation fees in accordance with regulations.

If it is really difficult for the parties to pay the legal fees, they may apply to the people's court for deferment, reduction or exemption in accordance with regulations.
