This product has a wide range of uses, and is suitable for phenolic molding compound, and its quality conforms to PF2A2 specified in the national standard GBl403-86. 13l, PF2A4. 16 1 index, and its insulation performance is superior to the national standard. It has the advantages of high strength and stable performance, and can replace imported resin to manufacture diamond grinding wheels. Phenolic resin is produced by suspension method. Phenol, formaldehyde, dispersant and water are added into a reaction kettle, heated to the reaction temperature, discharged after a period of reaction, washed and dried to obtain the product. Compared with the traditional method, it has the advantages of simple process, energy saving, less pollution, easy control of reaction, easy realization of large-scale and automatic production, stable product quality, adjustable resin particle size between 80 mesh and 200 mesh, no need for crushing, good fluidity, easy storage and so on. All the raw materials are made in China, which is cheap and easy to obtain.
