(1) Confirm the receiving date: according to the receiving date of the document, indicate the receiving date of the accepting department on the document to record the date when the accepting department receives the application document.
(2) Collect data and issue a document rejection notice: collect data, make a document rejection notice and send it to the parties. The notice of rejection shall at least record the name, detailed address, reasons for rejection and the number of rejected documents, affix the seal of the acceptance office or agency of the Patent Office, and bear the signature of the examiner and the date of publication.
(3) The application documents that do not meet the acceptance conditions shall be filed for future reference, and shall not be returned to the parties in principle.
