Tire drift requirements

The low flat rate of tire can be obtained by reducing the height of tire section and increasing the width of tire section.

The width of the cross section remains the same, but the height of the cross section decreases. Advantages: Increased grounding area.

Improve support.

When the tire diameter is constant, larger rims and brakes can be used.

Disadvantages: the comfort is reduced and the tires are not wear-resistant.

The height of the cross section remains the same, but the width of the cross section increases. Advantages: Increased grounding area.

Disadvantages: Increased rolling resistance, higher fuel consumption and heavier steering.

If it is too wide, it will also make the steering angle of the tire smaller.
