Chinese citizens who support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions can register for the National Patent Agent Qualification Examination:
1. Over 18 years old, with full qualifications Capacity for civil conduct;
2. Graduated from a college majoring in science and engineering or having equivalent academic qualifications;
3. Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
4. Have engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years.
Graduation from a science and engineering major in an institution of higher learning refers to obtaining a nationally recognized college degree or above in science and engineering and obtaining a diploma.
