Up to now, several technical schools have been formed: the technology of adiabatic cyclone external heat exchange bed circulating fluidized bed boiler represented by Lurgi Company (including Sting Company and ABB Company); Take Germany B& as an example; W company, as the representative, adopts the tower arrangement of medium temperature cyclone separation circulating fluidized bed boiler technology; The technology of high-temperature adiabatic cyclone separation circulating fluidized bed boiler with wing-shaped heating surface in the combustion chamber represented by Alhstrom company in Finland; Intrex steam-cooled cyclone separation circulating fluidized bed boiler technology represented by America and by FW company; W company adopts simple separation circulating fluidized bed boiler technology. In the mid-1990s, the technology of cooling square separation compact circulating fluidized bed boiler developed by former Alhstrom Company rose rapidly.
The three major domestic boiler plants have successively introduced the 50~ 100MWe steam-cooled cyclone circulating fluidized bed boiler technology of Foster Wheeler Company of the United States, the reheat circulating fluidized bed boiler technology of Germany below EVT 150MWe and the former American ABB-CE reheat circulating fluidized bed boiler technology. At present, the National Development and Reform Commission has introduced the technology of 300MWe circulating fluidized bed boiler from Alstom, France, hoping to solve the power generation demand of large circulating fluidized bed boilers in the power system at one time. According to incomplete statistics, China has spent nearly $200 million to introduce circulating fluidized bed boilers. However, the core technology of circulating fluidized bed design in China has never been taught abroad. Even the thermal calculation program is not the source code.
