1. First, enter the official website of the State Intellectual Property Office, click "Patent Search and Inquiry" in the menu bar above, and then click "China Patent Inquiry System" again.
2. After entering the "China Patent Inquiry System", click "Click to Enter" under Public Inquiry, then select "Agree to the above statement" to continue.
3. Enter the name of the patent, search, and then click the "Basic Information" of the patent. Check the basic information to see when the patent was authorized, or was withdrawn, or the patent has expired. Generally, there is this Three situations. If there are two announcement numbers under the "Invention Announcement/Authorization Announcement", the general patent is authorized. Details of the patent are available under "Business Announcements".
