Working principle of ZSTWB high-speed water mist nozzle
ZSTWB high-speed water mist nozzle is a centrifugal atomizing nozzle with water inlet and water outlet in a straight line. The water with a certain pressure is divided into two streams, one is a rotating stream moving along the inner wall at centrifugal speed. The other is a direct water flow with axial velocity. Two water flows meet at the nozzle of the nozzle and are ejected from the nozzle at their combined velocity to form atomization. The sprayed water mist is relatively uniform, and it is sprayed evenly on the outer surface of the protected object according to a certain atomization angle, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling and suffocating, controlling and extinguishing the fire. Widely used in main transformers, liquefied petroleum storage tanks, and installed in electric power, chemical and metallurgical industries, aerospace, offshore oil platforms, ships and civil buildings for fire fighting, fire extinguishing and protective cooling. Nozzle can be installed horizontally, vertically or obliquely.
