Generally, the storage batteries in the market will leak at individual poles after being used for more than one year, and the positive electrode is more serious than the negative electrode, which is a common problem in domestic storage batteries at present. By dissecting the storage battery with leakage at the pole end, it is found that the pole end has been corroded, and sulfuric acid flows to the pole surface along the corrosion channel under the action of internal air pressure, thus causing leakage. This phenomenon is also called acid creep or leakage, so the terminal corrosion is caused by oxygen corrosion under acidic conditions.
