1, measuring unreeling
Before curtain wall construction, according to the size requirements of design drawings, accurately set out vertical lines and horizontal lines with a level, and then find out the floor control elevation position for setting out, and set up connecting fixed bearings, so that the upper and lower bearings are on the same vertical line without deviation.
2. Install embedded parts
After measuring and setting out, the embedded parts can be installed and inspected. Attention should be paid to the elevation error, the surface flatness should be controlled at 5mm as far as possible, and connectors should be installed. The connector can be made of stainless steel or light metal. If other metal materials are selected, hot-dip galvanizing should be carried out, which can increase corrosion resistance. In addition, when installing the longitudinal steel column, it is necessary to set the deviation before and after the column, which shall not exceed 2-3 mm. When setting the beam, elastic rubber pads can be set at the joints, and the error shall not exceed1mm.
3. Install glass or stone.
Curtain wall construction may be glass or stone, which needs to be installed by crane, and some even need to be installed in a suitable position with special cabinet frame. If it is glass, you can use manual method, and the fixture and glass can't be in direct contact. Rubber washers must be set, then glass or stone must be initially fixed, then adjusted and installed on the connecting iron pieces, and then inspected.
