In order to do a good job in the new round of teacher appointment in our school and arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers, these rules are formulated according to the present situation of our school and the construction plan of the tenth five-year plan for teachers.

Second, the employment conditions and job responsibilities of teachers employed by schools

(A) teaching and research post appointment conditions and job responsibilities

1. Basic conditions

High ideological and political awareness, strong sense of responsibility, emphasis on teaching and educating people, good professional ethics, good organizational and leadership skills, and outstanding achievements in teaching and scientific research; To undertake tasks related to teaching, scientific research and discipline construction of this discipline, as well as other social work arranged by schools, colleges and departments (institutes).

① Basic requirements of teaching work

Meet the requirements of table 1;

Complete the workload of more than 60 teachers in Table 3 every year.

② Basic requirements of scientific research work

Publish 2 academic papers each year by the first author (or instructor) in statistical sources or Chinese core journals;

Among them, the papers published by the first author (or instructor) in foreign journals or included in the three major retrieval systems 1 article/year;

The annual average share of scientific research funds is not less than the annual average attendance rate of all staff in grades 3-8 of this discipline.

2. Determine the level of post allowance

Meet the basic conditions and enjoy level 5 allowance; Those who meet the basic conditions and complete the two options in Table 4 can enjoy a 4-level allowance; Meet the basic conditions and complete the three items in Table 4, or the person in charge of the national key discipline and complete the item 1 in Table 4, you can enjoy the three-level allowance.

(2) Teachers' post appointment conditions and job responsibilities

1. Basic conditions

High ideological and political awareness, strong sense of responsibility, emphasis on teaching and educating people, good ethics, certain organizational and leadership skills, outstanding teaching performance; To undertake tasks related to teaching, scientific research and discipline construction of this discipline, as well as other social work arranged by schools, colleges and departments (institutes).

① Basic requirements of teaching work

Meet the content requirements in Table 2;

Complete the workload of more than 60 teachers in Table 3 every year.

② Basic requirements of scientific research work

See Table 2 for the academic papers published by the first author (or instructor) from statistical sources or Chinese core journals.

(3) As the person in charge, undertake the teaching of high-quality classes or brand classes at the school level.

(4) Students who have passed the course evaluation within two years of working as teachers in schools shall not evaluate the teaching effect of teachers twice in a row within the last 20%.

2. Determine the level of post allowance

Meet the basic conditions and enjoy level 5 allowance; Those who meet the basic conditions and undertake the special person in charge of the national education reform project or obtain the national education reform project achievement award (certificate) or the person in charge of the national teaching base or the provincial and ministerial excellent course lecturer and complete the corresponding job responsibilities can enjoy the 4-level allowance; Teachers who meet the basic requirements and win the National Famous Teacher Award or teach national excellent courses can enjoy level 3 allowance.

(3) Study the employment conditions and job responsibilities of the post.

1. Basic conditions

High ideological and political awareness, strong sense of responsibility, emphasis on teaching and educating people, good professional ethics, certain organizational and leadership skills, and outstanding scientific research achievements; To undertake tasks related to teaching, scientific research and discipline construction of this discipline, as well as other social work arranged by schools, colleges and departments (institutes).

Undertake the workload of 30 teachers in Table 3 every year; On average, more than 2 graduate students are independently instructed each year.

Publish 4 academic papers every year as the first author (or instructor) in statistical source journals;

Papers published by the first author (or instructor) in foreign journals 1 or 2 papers collected by the three major retrieval systems/year;

An individual's annual share of research funds should be twice that of teaching and research posts.

2. Determine the level of post allowance

Those who meet the basic conditions and any of 1 in Table 5 can enjoy level 5 allowance; Those who meet the basic conditions and meet any two items in Table 5 at the same time can enjoy a 4-level allowance; Meet the basic conditions and any three items in table 5 at the same time, and you can enjoy the three-level allowance.

(four) teaching experiment post employment conditions and job responsibilities.

★ Senior post setting of teaching laboratory

The experimental post is applicable to all personnel engaged in experimental work in teaching and research laboratories recognized by institutions at or above all levels.

The senior post of teaching laboratory is only set for the school-level teaching experiment center.

The school-level teaching experiment center is set up by the college (department) as a unit, which manages the teaching laboratories of the whole college (department) in a unified and centralized manner, implements an open operation mode, and has innovative laboratories for students' extracurricular scientific and technological innovation activities. More than 30 students in the Innovation Laboratory participated in extracurricular scientific and technological activities all the year round and achieved phased results.

The director of each school-level teaching experiment center can be employed as a senior laboratory post, and the post allowance level is 4-6.

In addition to the director of the school-level teaching experiment center, each school-level teaching experiment center can also set up the post of 1 experimental lecturer, and the post allowance level is 4-5. If there is no suitable candidate for this position, it can be temporarily vacant.

★ Qualifications and responsibilities of laboratory director of teaching experiment center

1. Basic conditions for the appointment of the director of the teaching experiment center:

(1) has a solid theoretical foundation, professional knowledge and rich practical teaching experience, a high academic level, strong professionalism, organizational management and coordination ability, and is familiar with and master the operation, maintenance and adjustment skills of all instruments and equipment in this teaching experiment center;

(2) Having a master's degree or above or a deputy senior professional title, and having been engaged in laboratory work for more than 3 years;

2. The basic responsibilities of the director of the teaching experiment center:

(1) According to the orientation of the school and the position and role of the teaching and experimental center in the school, organize relevant personnel to formulate the development plan of the experimental center, complete the experimental teaching and laboratory construction tasks according to the school laboratory construction plan and progress, establish and improve the rules and regulations of the experimental center according to the requirements of laboratory evaluation, and archive various materials;

(2) During his tenure, he should organize the experimental teaching reform in the experimental teaching center (including the reform of experimental system, content, method and assessment), and complete at least 1 experimental teaching reform or experimental teaching research projects at the center;

(3) During his tenure, he should organize relevant course leaders to formulate experimental teaching syllabus and participate in the compilation of experimental teaching materials or handouts for not less than 2/3 experimental courses offered by the teaching experimental center;

(4) Organize the experimental teaching tasks of the experimental teaching center, participate in the formulation of open experimental projects and experimental contents, and coordinate their implementation. Complete at least one undergraduate extracurricular scientific and technological activity, comprehensive or designed experimental project that has achieved phased results and passed the school acceptance in the teaching experimental center every year;

(5) Ensure the intact rate of instruments and equipment, meet the requirements of laboratory evaluation, and carry out the research and self-made work of experimental devices;

(6) As the first author (or tutor graduate student), he has published academic papers 1 article (statistical source or Chinese core journal) for 3 years;

(7) To guide the teaching of undergraduate basic experimental courses (or professional experimental courses with more than 600 students * hours) every year.

3. Determination of post allowance level:

Those who meet the basic conditions can enjoy a level 6 allowance; Undergraduate students who meet the basic conditions and have been guided to win the national or provincial extracurricular scientific and technological innovation competition award or the national or provincial first prize can enjoy the 5-level allowance.

★ The teaching experiment center teaches the appointment conditions and post responsibilities of professors.

1. Basic conditions for the position of experimental lecturer:

(1) has a solid theoretical foundation, professional knowledge and rich practical teaching experience, is familiar with the frontier trends and development trends of disciplines, has strong professionalism, and can undertake tasks related to undergraduate experimental teaching and laboratory construction;

(2) Have a master's degree or above, and have undertaken the teaching of more than two experimental related courses;

2. The basic duties of the experimental lecturer are:

(1) The experimental lecture professor is mainly responsible for experimental teaching and guiding the extracurricular scientific and technological innovation activities of undergraduates, and at the same time assisting the director of the teaching experimental center to formulate the development plan of the experimental center;

(2) Responsible for organizing and arranging the work of the open laboratory in the experimental teaching center, formulating the open experimental project and the extracurricular scientific and technological group activity plan for students, and mainly guiding the extracurricular scientific and technological innovation activities of undergraduates. Complete at least one task to guide undergraduate extracurricular scientific and technological activities every year and achieve phased results, which has been accepted by the school;

(3) Participate in the formulation of experimental teaching syllabus, and complete the compilation and improvement of experimental teaching materials or handouts of related courses during the term of office;

(4) publishing 4 academic papers as the first author (or instructor) for 3 years (statistical source journals or Chinese core journals);

(5) Instruct 1000 undergraduate basic experimental courses (or professional experimental courses with more than 600 students * hours) every year;

(6) Organize the experimental teaching reform of the experimental teaching center (including the reform of experimental system, content, method and assessment), and be responsible for and complete at least 1 experimental teaching reform or experimental teaching research projects at or above the school level during his tenure.

3. Determination of post allowance level:

Meet the basic conditions and enjoy level 5 allowance; Undergraduate students who meet the basic requirements and have been awarded the national, provincial and ministerial-level extracurricular scientific and technological innovation competition award or the first prize at the national, provincial and ministerial level can enjoy a 4-level allowance.

(five) the employment conditions and job responsibilities of scientific research and experimental posts.

1. Basic conditions for senior positions in laboratories

(1) Familiar with the domestic and international experimental technical level of this discipline, with strong enterprising spirit, with master's degree or above or associate senior professional title, and engaged in laboratory work for more than 5 years;

(2) The first author (or instructor) publishes 2 papers in journals with statistical sources or above every year;

(3) Papers published by the first author (or instructor) in foreign journals 1 or papers collected by the three major retrieval systems 1;

(4) The average annual share of scientific research funds is the same as that of teaching and research posts;

(5) On average, more than 2 graduate students are independently instructed each year;

(6) In recent 3 years, as the first person in charge, he has developed/kloc-0 sets of instruments and equipment or developed 2 functions of instruments and equipment.

2. Determine the level of post allowance

Those who meet the basic conditions can enjoy a level 6 allowance; Those who meet the basic conditions and meet any two items in Table 6 can enjoy a 5-level allowance; Those who meet the basic conditions and any three items in Table 6 at the same time can enjoy a 4-level allowance.

1. Teach two courses independently every year, one of which must be an undergraduate course and the other must be a postgraduate degree course or a compulsory course for undergraduates; The teaching effect is excellent; Undergraduate practice is included in the curriculum.
