Chinese invention patent: Highly blocking the penetration of germs
Patent number: ZL 2010 0533471.0
The structure of the Beilele composite barrier condom is: three-layer composite . Both sides are made of new natural latex, which is rich in active ingredients. The middle layer is sandwiched with a layer of modified nanomaterials (modified polyurethane layer), and the molecular gaps are about less than 30 nanometers. The three are combined to form a new type of compound barrier condom.
Repeatedly tested by authoritative inspection and testing institutions
The composite barrier condom was observed under a 10,000 times electron microscope in the Physical Materials Laboratory of East China University of Science and Technology. It can be clearly seen that the composite barrier condom is clearly divided into three layers. The holes in the middle of the two latex layers (A\C) are very large, while the modified nanolayer (polyurethane layer) of the middle layer (B layer) is very dense.
Further testing by the Shanghai Microspectroscopy Detection Agency shows that when the cross-section of the product is enlarged to 20,000 times, the diameter of the "pit" caused by other particles when the cross-section is cut is 284 nanometers. For comparison, 120-nanometer AIDS-sized particles were placed next to them, and we found that the overall density of the cross-section was much larger than that of HIV. This further proves the product’s barrier properties against HIV.
The more significant test came from China’s top authoritative institution, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Inactivation testing for HIV in China can only be done in a few national laboratories. Rigorous testing by the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences shows that this new type of composite resistance condom, with active ingredients in the new latex on the surface layer, can remove 99.7% of HIV!
In addition, national test reports can prove that this condom exceeds the ISO4074 requirements for ordinary condoms in terms of major indicators such as pinholes and bursting.
