1July, 1992 18, the first variable-speed bicycle with the words "Fujita" printed on it was officially rolled off the assembly line in an ordinary workshop near No.6 Bridge of Jintang Highway in Tianjin, and Fujita, a new private bicycle enterprise, was born.

Fujita, which has just built a factory, has only one production line, six or seven managers and more than 30 operators. In the initial stage, Fujita did not take the pursuit of profit maximization as the initial development strategy like most private enterprises, but took the production of high-quality civil mountain bicycles as the development direction. Because of this, Fujita's original production of 6,000 bicycles was an overseas order for mountain bikes from Germany. Excellent technical strength and stable product quality quickly won market recognition. Fujita, a self-owned brand, also quickly became popular in the streets of towns, and its overseas sales expanded to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea and other countries, occupying the commanding heights of the bicycle industry.

In terms of quality control, Fujita passed the ISO900 1 system and the KS quality system certification in Korea, and was awarded the title of "Tianjin Famous Trademark" for five consecutive years.

In internal management, the company uses ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and CRM system to build a unified management platform integrating procurement, production, sales and after-sales service.

Fujita focused on technological innovation and invested150,000 yuan to build a "technology research and development center".
