If the Bluetooth device is too low or too far away from the mobile phone, it will affect the Bluetooth connection.
3. Please ensure that the Bluetooth device is powered on and in discoverable mode.
If the discoverable mode of Bluetooth is turned off, it will not be detected by other Bluetooth devices, and the Bluetooth device will not be found at this time.
4. Please ensure that the Bluetooth device has not been successfully connected to other devices
When the Bluetooth device has been successfully connected to other devices, it will no longer be searchable and needs to be unpaired first. The following is an example of a successful connection.
5. Please confirm whether the Bluetooth device needs to install the corresponding software.
Some Bluetooth devices need to download and install the corresponding software. For example, DJI gimbal needs to download the corresponding APP and open it. The location information switch of the mobile phone and the location information permission of the corresponding APP: Pull down the status bar, light up the location information icon, then search in the settings and enter permission management, find the corresponding application, and turn on the location information switch.
6. Please pay attention to whether the connection operation steps of the Bluetooth device are correct
The operation methods of different brands and models of Bluetooth devices in "discoverable mode" are inconsistent. Please operate according to their instructions. Or contact Bluetooth device customer service to find out.
If the device has been searched but the connection failed, please consult the customer service of the Bluetooth device to see whether the Bluetooth device is compatible with Huawei mobile phones.
