Main performance of the product

After hydration and hydrothermal reaction, hydration products such as low alkali hydrated calcium silicate gel and insoluble zeolite minerals are formed. The fine crystals of these hydration products are not only high in strength, but also thermodynamically stable, extremely insoluble in water, and most of them are similar to the composition, structure and formation process of sodium, potassium-calcium-aluminosilicate minerals in nature, so they are very stable. The durability of the series of environmental protection and energy-saving building materials produced by this project is far superior to that of cement building waste bricks in frost resistance, impermeability, heat resistance, chemical erosion resistance and carbonization resistance. Compared with clay solid brick, cement-based construction waste brick has the technical difficulties of higher thermal conductivity, greater self-weight and higher shrinkage performance.

The series of environmental protection and energy-saving building materials made of recycled bricks of construction waste produced in this project are tested according to national GB/T 2542-2003 standard bricks, and the technical indexes of each product meet GB1945-1999 autoclaved lime-sand brick standard, JC 943-2004 concrete perforated brick standard and GB/T/KLOC respectively.

The main advantages of this project

1. Environmental protection and energy saving: all raw materials are solid wastes such as waste bricks and tiles, waste concrete blocks and fly ash. Protect the land, save energy, can be recycled repeatedly, without sintering, and eliminate secondary pollution.

The annual output ranges from 6,543,800,000 pieces to several hundred million pieces, and the degree of mechanization can be semi-mechanized or automatic. It overcomes the shortcomings of clay solid brick, such as high thermal conductivity, heavy weight and high shrinkage. The weight of standard brick is similar to that of clay solid brick, but the thermal conductivity and drying shrinkage are lower than that of clay solid brick. The bonding performance with mortar is better than that of clay solid brick and cement building waste brick.

Implementation of the project

After the successful development of this project, the industrial trial production was carried out in Honghu Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Building Materials Factory in Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, and the products were tested according to GB/T 2542-2003 standard on March 24, 2008, and all technical indicators were qualified. At present, the first production line with an annual output of 30 million bricks has been successfully transformed, and it is ready to expand to an annual output of 654.38 billion bricks of construction waste. The second phase of the project is currently being installed and commissioned. The products produced have been widely used in industrial and civil buildings in Dingzhou city.
