He held the positions of Dean of the Department and Vice Dean of the School of Life Sciences, and was promoted to professor in 2001. He is currently a professor of physiology and biochemistry in the School of Life Sciences, a doctoral supervisor in biochemistry and molecular biology, and the subject leader of the master's program in physiology.
Research directions:
Immune network signaling molecules and signal transduction networks of cell adhesion, migration and apoptosis and their targeted regulation.
Research content and interests:
Revealing the immunological and molecular mechanisms of body, tissue, and cell damage and anti-injury protection from the perspectives of immunophysiology, biochemistry, and pathophysiology - focusing on Explore the interrelationships and regulatory strategies of multiple signaling molecules in the neuro-endocrine-immune network to provide new ideas and methods for guiding beneficial immune responses, avoiding harmful responses, and finding and developing new immune activity regulators; committed to causing harmful environmental factors Study the signal transduction network of cell damage and apoptosis, explore the molecular mechanism of targeted drug regulation, and pay special attention to the exploration of new drugs that affect human health caused by environmental chemical pollutant cadmium, such as neurodegenerative diseases caused by brain nerve cell damage and apoptosis. Study the role of relevant signaling molecules in tumor adhesion and migration to provide theoretical basis and guidance for finding targeted inhibitory drugs. Specifically include:
1. Interrelationship and regulation of multiple signaling molecules in the neuro-endocrine-immune network
2. Humanized B lymphocyte stimulating factor (hsBAFF) signal transduction Mechanisms of signal transduction and immune regulation
3. Signal transduction of mTOR signal and its related molecules during tumor cell adhesion and migration and the molecular mechanism of targeted drug inhibition
4. Signal transduction network and targeted regulatory mechanism of MAPKs and Akt/mTOR pathways during nerve cell damage and apoptosis caused by environmental pollutant cadmium
5. Functional immune emulsion Development and applied research
