At present, strengthening and expanding independent brands depends not only on the enterprises themselves, but also on the guidance and help of the government.
First of all, the government should constantly improve and perfect various control measures related to corporate brands. This includes four aspects. First, relax brand access control, simplify brand declaration procedures, shorten brand application time and reduce brand registration fees. Second, cancel the market access control of brands and eliminate all kinds of local market barriers. Third, strengthen brand credit control, including both quality credit and credit credit. The government should focus on cracking down on fake and shoddy brands and strengthen the promotion and adoption of international standards for brand quality. Fourth, deepen the control of brand exit, let the declining brands exit smoothly and ensure the rational redistribution of brand resources.
Secondly, the government should help enterprises to raise funds. Helping to solve the financial difficulties does not require the government to directly intervene in the bank's credit decision, which is contrary to the principle of fair competition in the market economy. The government should broaden the financing channels of enterprises and speed up the launch of the growth enterprise market; Adjust the bank structure and set up private banks to serve small and medium-sized enterprises; Improve the accounting and auditing evaluation methods of enterprise assets, and reduce the credit risk that may be brought by the information asymmetry of bank valuation of loan mortgage assets.
In addition, the government should continue to improve the legal environment. On the one hand, the government should strengthen the trademark protection of brands and prevent malicious trademark registration and infringement. On the other hand, the government should also attach great importance to brand intellectual property protection, especially brand patent protection in high-tech industries.
