What is the function of installing high wear-resistant polyethylene coal bunker liner?

At present, the coal storage silos in coal mines, power plants and docks in China are basically concrete structures, which have unsmooth surfaces, high friction coefficient and high water absorption, which are the main reasons for frequent bonding and blocking. Especially in the case of soft coal mining, large amount of pulverized coal and high moisture content, the bunker blocking accident is particularly serious. Over the years, people have tried many ways to solve the problem of blocking bunkers by bonding: for example, sticking tiles on the walls of bunkers, laying steel plates, and hitting them with air guns or electric hammers, but they have not been completely solved, and manual stabbing of bunkers often causes personal casualties. After a lot of investigation and experiments, it was finally decided to use high wear-resistant polyethylene lining as the lining of coal bunker. By using the self-lubrication and non-adhesion of high wear-resistant polyethylene lining, the friction coefficient was reduced and the bunker blocking phenomenon was solved. Therefore, the installation of high wear-resistant polyethylene liner for coal bunker can effectively solve the problems of coal bunker and silo blockage, bonding and bridging that plague the production of enterprises.

When installing the liner of coal bunker, the free expansion or contraction of the liner must be considered when the operating or environmental temperature changes greatly. Any fixing method should be designed to facilitate the flow of bulk materials, and the screw head and nut are always embedded in the gasket. For thicker linings, the seam edges should be cut at a 45-degree angle. This allows the length to change, forming a smooth plastic plane in the silo, which is beneficial to the flow of materials.

Pay special attention to when installing high wear-resistant polyethylene bunker lining:

1. When installing, the plane requirement of the countersunk head of the liner bolt must be lower than the board surface;

2. When installing coal bunker liner products, the number of bolts used per square meter should not be less than 10;

3. The gap between each lining plate should not be greater than 0.5cm (it should be adjusted appropriately according to the environmental temperature of the plate during installation);
