Two key products of environmental protection technology created by Chen Zefeng, "Complete Equipment for Hydrolysis and Assembly of Industrial Wastewater and Sewage from Small and Medium-sized Towns" and "LFW Series Intelligent Industrial Waste Incinerator", won the national patent 13, and were included in the national key environmental protection equipment localization national debt project by the National Development and Reform Commission, and obtained the national debt fund of170,000 yuan. Determined, Chen Zefeng turned his attention to two most difficult problems: sewage treatment and garbage disposal. The research and development focuses on garbage incineration and sewage treatment. Chen Zefeng decided to make use of its own advantages to manufacture waste incineration and sewage treatment equipment.
Changing landfill into incineration is the requirement and trend of environmental protection in recent years. It is estimated that garbage incineration can reduce the volume by 80% and the weight by 90% ~ 95%, and the garbage residue can be used as fertilizer or building materials. However, garbage incineration is not as simple as ordinary people burning garbage on the roadside, because garbage incineration will produce highly toxic gas dioxin. Facts show that garbage incineration is one of the effective ways to realize the harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization of garbage disposal.
It is a worldwide technical problem that small incinerators are low in cost, low in operation cost and fully up to standard in emission, and it is also the focus of debate in environmental protection enterprises. In this regard, Quanfeng Environmental Protection Group relies on scientific and technological innovation and strives hard on the road of scientific research. In the design of furnace body, they adopt horizontal fixed furnace and water wall structure; In the aspect of saving combustion improver, the new technology of frequency conversion and temperature control is adopted to ensure the furnace temperature to reach 850 ~ 950℃. 1April 1999, the LFW- 125 industrial waste incinerator developed by Chen Zefeng Quanfeng Group passed the provincial scientific and technological appraisal. This incinerator has two characteristics: first, it creatively uses the principle of "air turbulence" to make all kinds of garbage burn fully in an instant without adding any auxiliary fuel; Second, the heat energy generated in the incineration process can make the temperature of the external flowing thermal insulation water wall reach above 80 degrees Celsius, which can be introduced into bathhouses and heating pipes for heating. In 200 1 year, five experts from the national environmental analysis and testing center came to Fuzhou to carry out strict inspection on the LFW waste incinerator. The test results show that all emission indicators meet the national standards, and the average smoke test result is only 23 mg/m3, which is the leading level in China. Most importantly, the dioxin content in the flue gas discharged by this type of incinerator is lower than the strict environmental protection standard in China, that is, the dioxin content in the flue gas per cubic meter does not exceed 1 nanogram (1 nanogram is equal to one billionth gram). It is the first small waste incinerator in China that has passed the dioxin detection, and it is known as "a major breakthrough in scientific and technological innovation in environmental protection industry".
The "single spark" of a small garbage incinerator in Chen Zefeng was first lit in Xiyuan Village, Jin 'an District. This village/kloc-has more than 0/000 households and more than 6,000 people. In Deyang, Sichuan, the government also issued a special document to promote the use of Quanfeng small waste incinerator. In 200 1 year, Chen Zefeng donated LTW-2 10 small waste incinerators and supporting products to Hubei, Anhui, Hunan, Sichuan and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a total value of 6 million yuan. The use of these garbage incinerators has created a new concept of "on-the-spot garbage disposal and comprehensive utilization in pieces", effectively solved the problem of garbage siege and promoted the development of local environmental protection.
Later, Chen Zefeng introduced German technology, cooperated with Beijing Academy of Environmental Sciences, and successfully developed "hydrolytic assembled industrial wastewater treatment device for small and medium-sized towns". This product replaces imports, fills the gap in China, and has the characteristics of land saving, easy dismantling and short construction period. Compared with the traditional technology of the same scale, it saves 30%~40% of the project investment, which has been fully affirmed by experts at home and abroad. In 2003, Chen Zefeng took the construction and operation of the sewage treatment plant of Quanzhou Meng Qing Industrial Zone as the first batch of pilot projects. The construction period of the factory is 5 months, and it successfully passed the linkage test once. The water quality has passed the monitoring of Quanzhou Environmental Monitoring Station. On April 28th, 2003, during the SARS period, the Beijing Municipal Administration Committee urgently informed Chen Zefeng to make a medical waste incinerator in the shortest time and send it to Beijing as soon as possible. Chen Zefeng attaches great importance to this. Without any contract and down payment, he cancelled other orders and fully organized production and transportation. A few days later, the medical waste incinerator produced by Chen Zefeng was successfully installed and debugged in Chongwen District and Fangshan District of Beijing, which was used to incinerate the domestic waste of isolated residents and the medical waste produced by hospitals in Beijing for treating SARS, and was highly praised by the relevant departments in Chongwen District and Fangshan District. On May 7th of the same year, the Municipal Administration Committee of Chongwen District of Beijing presented Fujian Quanfeng Environmental Protection Group with a banner with the words "Harmonious Economy and * * * Anti-SARS". In June+10, 5438, Chen Zefeng Intelligent Waste Incinerator won the gold medal in the 14th National Invention Exhibition.
In 2004, Chen Zefeng built the largest medical waste disposal center in China.
