The concept of national intellectual property strategy

The national intellectual property strategy refers to the overall plan to accelerate the construction and continuous improvement of the ability of intellectual property creation, management, implementation and protection, accelerate the construction and continuous improvement of the modern intellectual property system, accelerate the training of a large number of high-quality intellectual property talents, and promote the realization of economic and social development goals.
