Is there a big difference between computer screen MVA screen and IPS screen?

MVA screen is very different from IPS screen.

The biggest feature of IPS panel is that its two poles are on the same plane, unlike other liquid crystal mode electrodes which are arranged vertically. Because the electrodes are on the same plane, liquid crystal molecules are parallel to the screen in any state, which will reduce the aperture ratio and light transmittance, so IPS applications in LCD TVs will need more backlights. MVA panel is a wide viewing angle panel with good color, color gamut and viewing angle, which is better than the general TN screen.

The full name of MVA panel is multi-domain vertical alignment, which is a multi-quadrant vertical alignment technology. MVA is a wide viewing angle LCD panel that was put into use earlier, developed by Fujitsu Company of Japan. At present (20 13)MVA manufacturers include Chi Mei Electronics and AUO Optoelectronics.

Headed by Hitachi, IPS camp has gathered a number of manufacturers such as LG Display, Hanyu Caijing, IDTech (a joint venture between Chi Mei Electronics and IBM in Japan), but there are not many models that can be seen in the market. In addition, there is also an S-IPS panel, which belongs to the improved IPS.
