Now I work in the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 216, I visited the Southern Research Center of the US Department of Agriculture and served as Deputy Secretary-General of the National Mycotoxin Prevention and Control Science and Technology Innovation Alliance.
main research fields: engaged in the theoretical and technical research on the prevention and control of mycotoxins in agricultural products. The main research directions are: 1) research on the regulation and inhibition mechanism of aflatoxin synthesis; 2) Development of aflatoxin prevention and control technology for agricultural products; 3) Study on the metabolic transformation law of 3)DON toxin and the detoxification mechanism of intestinal flora; 4) Study on the mechanism of mold and water activity regulating food quality deterioration; 5) Development of food biohazard detection technology.
