I graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in p>24, and graduated from Institute of Oceanography of China Academy of Sciences with a doctor's degree in 27. Now I work in the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 216, I visited the Southern Research Center of the US Department of Agriculture and served as Deputy Secretary-General of the National Mycotoxin Prevention and Control Science and Technology Innovation Alliance.

main research fields: engaged in the theoretical and technical research on the prevention and control of mycotoxins in agricultural products. The main research directions are: 1) research on the regulation and inhibition mechanism of aflatoxin synthesis; 2) Development of aflatoxin prevention and control technology for agricultural products; 3) Study on the metabolic transformation law of 3)DON toxin and the detoxification mechanism of intestinal flora; 4) Study on the mechanism of mold and water activity regulating food quality deterioration; 5) Development of food biohazard detection technology.

Hosting and participating in projects: He has presided over more than ten national key research and development projects, such as "Water Activity of Fresh Edible Agricultural Products and Deterioration Mechanism of Microbial Control Quality", National Natural Science Foundation, special scientific research projects of public welfare industries (agriculture), sub-projects of 973 Program and Beijing Natural Science Foundation. Participated in more than ten national-level projects such as national science and technology support plan, major genetically modified projects and national natural science foundation.
