Article 2 Support enterprises that meet the following conditions: 1. The fiscal and taxation relationship is in Xi 'an High-tech Zone; 2. The statistical relationship is in Xi High-tech Zone. Article 3 Conditions, Contents and Standards of Funding (1) Enterprises with intellectual property offices, relatively complete intellectual property management systems and rules, formulated intellectual property development strategies, owned independent intellectual property products and applied for more than 30 new intellectual property rights annually are awarded the title of intellectual property advantage enterprises in high-tech zones, with a one-time reward of 20,000 yuan, an increase of 15 pieces, with the maximum of 1 10,000 yuan for each enterprise. (2) Enterprises that obtained intellectual property rights during 2009-20 1 2 shall be subsidized according to the following contents and standards:1,50,000 yuan for patents from the European Union, the United States and Japan, and 30,000 yuan for other foreign patents; 2. (4) Establish an all-round intellectual property protection system with judicial protection as the main body and administrative protection as the combination to provide legal aid for intellectual property rights of enterprises. If the legitimate intellectual property rights applied by enterprises in Xi 'an Park are infringed, the appraisal fees and legal fees incurred in the process of safeguarding rights will be subsidized according to 30% of the total appraisal fees and legal fees after the case is concluded, with a maximum of 20,000 yuan per piece, and a total of 50,000 yuan per enterprise every year. To apply for Item 6 of Article 3, the certification documents and the original contract issued by the state, province and city shall be submitted; Article 5 Procedures (1) Eligible enterprises apply to the High-tech Zone Economic and Trade Bureau (Intellectual Property Office), and the High-tech Zone Economic and Trade Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) will conduct preliminary examination together with the Policy Bureau, Finance Bureau, Statistics Bureau and relevant parks. (2) The preliminary examination results shall be submitted to the Intellectual Property Leading Group of the High-tech Zone Management Committee for deliberation. (3) The deliberation results shall be reported to the office meeting of the director of the High-tech Zone Management Committee for decision, and the results shall be publicized on the portal website of the Management Committee and the Development Zone newspaper, with a publicity period of 15 days. (four) after the expiration of the publicity period, the Intellectual Property Office shall issue a notice of funding according to the minutes of the office meeting of the director of the Administrative Committee. (5) The Finance Bureau of High-tech Zone allocates funds according to the documents. Article 6 The time limit for receiving financial aid is from February of that year to February of the following year 1.
