This toy is called: pulling whistle, also called pulling gyro, pulling flywheel. It's a nostalgic toy for the post-80s generation. It can whistle by pulling the flywheel to rotate at high speed, and some of them have light-emitting devices inside, which can also emit light.
At first, whistling was a small hand-made toy. Smash the beer bottle cap flat, prick two small holes, thread it on the thread, and you can play. When you shake the bottle cap, the two ropes will get entangled. When you pull it, the iron plate will turn and make a buzzing sound. At first, this little thing didn't have a name, but later it was made of plastic, and the merchant gave it a very vivid name.
Whistling is easy. Take a soda or beer bottle cap and flatten it with stones or bricks to get a small piece of iron. Punch two small holes in the middle of the small iron plate with a nail, with a distance of 2 to 3 mm. Then put on the white thread commonly used in cement bags when I was a child. It is strong and durable. Tie the string and a simple whistle will be finished.
